演讲主题：Legal regimes, national governance and renewable energy investment

演讲摘要：This paper examines international renewable energy (RE) investment andthe role of a country’s legal origin in shaping its investment decisions. Analysing datafrom 417 renewable energy companies between 2000 and 2017 across the world, wefind that firms in a common law system are more responsive to future growthopportunities, while facing greater financial constraints than their counterparts in civillaw regimes. Our study further demonstrates that the causes of the global imbalance inrenewable energy investment are determined by the degree of accountability explicitin a country’s governance environment, which profoundly influences the trajectory of investment in RE. Our study adds to the economic literature in legal origins theory and international investment and lays down fundamental principles for refining global RE strategy.

演讲者简介：张大永，西南财经大学经济与管理研究院教授。现任国际期刊International Review of Financial Analysis和Emerging Markets Finance & Trade副主编，Energy Economics，Energy Policy等客座主编。张大永教授长期从事能源金融与能源经济、公司金融、区域经济等领域的研究工作。承担国家自然科学基金面上项目，英国科学院国际交流项目等10余项课题。在Journal of Banking and Finance、Energy Journal、Energy Economics、经济学（季刊）等国内外一流期刊发表论文40余篇。

演讲主题：国际油价与能源公司股票间信息溢出研究

演讲摘要：本文选择了美国120家能源上市公司，采用广义动态因子模型和联接网络方法分析了公司异质性信息对WTI原油市场与能源公司股票间波动溢出的影响。本文发现，公司间异质性信息对公司股票波动的影响是不容忽视的。从行业层面来看，行业共同信息驱动的波动和行业异质性信息驱动的波动都受油价波动的影响。WTI原油市场主要通过油气行业向其他能源行业传递波动。从公司层面来看，WTI原油市场波动会影响油气公司市场共同信息驱动的波动，而公司异质性波动则会影响WTI原油市场。本文从信息角度揭示WTI原油市场与公司股票之间波动溢出内在机制和波动传递路径，强调公司异质性信息是导致当前行业层面与公司层面研究结论不一致的主要原因。本文的研究结论能够为市场参与者和决策者防范系统性风险提供有效依据。 

演讲者简介：姬强，管理学博士，中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院副研究员。姬强副研究员长期从事大数据与能源金融、能源战略管理、能源预测与风险管理等领域的研究工作。承担国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培育项目、面上项目、青年基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题等多项课题。在The Energy Journal、International Review of Financial Analysis、Quantitative Finance、Energy Economics等国内外一流期刊发表论文70余篇。担任中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会低碳发展管理专业委员会理事、中国系统工程学会能源资源系统工程分会理事、国际能源经济学会IAEE会员。2017年中国科学院青年创新促进会会员。国际SSCI期刊International Review of Financial Analysis副主编，Energy Economics、Emerging Markets Finance & Trade等客座主编。
